ICARS Science Day 2026 brought together project teams across the ICARS Africa portfolio to share implementation lessons, strengthen knowledge exchange, and explore practical approaches to advancing sustainable impact in AMR interventions.
In Nairobi, Kenya, project stakeholders used the Sustainable Impact tools to examine an ICARS-supported intervention through a longer-term lens, identify priority actions and begin developing a Sustainable Impact Action Plan.
From 28–30 July 2026, the Botswana ICARS project team participated in a three-day Sustainable Impact onboarding workshop in Gaborone, exploring how the Sustainable Impact Toolkit can support the integration of sustainability into AMR interventions and strengthen foundations for long-term impact.
