Paid Volunteer: This is to enable the volunteer in gaining expertise in pertinent divisions and/or units, such as shared services and programs. The monthly payment for the volunteers will be a set amount. As and when needed, Management may suggest this sum for review.

Volunteering without payment: In this case, the volunteer is only responsible for any expenses related to the facilitation of their duties.

Members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC): These are recent graduates who are eligible to be assigned to any of our offices for their primary assignment and who successfully pass the interview process. Members of the Corps shall receive a monthly allowance.

Ducit Blue Foundation is not required to hire an intern, corps member, or volunteer for a position on its permanent staff. However, anytime a job opening is published by the company, the person is free to apply, and their application will be considered on par with others that were submitted for the same position.

Note: Any placement for an internship, volunteer work, or NYSC is contingent upon there being openings for those positions, which will be publicized on this page as needed.
